Submit a Program
Get your work on cable, streaming, and video on demand.
Community members can submit video for broadcast on our cable channels, streaming platforms, and social media.
What we need
Every submission needs:
- An identifying title
- Ending credits
- A content warning disclaimer, if the program contains material some viewers may find offensive
Video files must be HD quality.
What we can’t run
Programs may not include material that is libelous, slanderous, or defamatory, that is an unlawful invasion of privacy, or that violates copyright.
Public access programs must not be primarily advertising and must not contain a commercial call to action. Political advertisements are not permitted.
Submit
Start a submission — not wired up yet.
Currently a Wix form plus a shared Dropbox link for the video file. The legal agreement is the hard part, not the form.
Set submit.url in _data/providers.yml.
The submission form collects your contact information, the program title and description, a category, your requested first run date, and four ranked day-and-time preferences. You’ll confirm that you hold the necessary rights and that your file has been uploaded.
Agreement
By submitting, you agree to indemnify Fort Collins Public Media and the City of Fort Collins against claims arising from the broadcast, and you authorize publication across all of our platforms — cable channels 97 and 22, Roku, Apple TV, this website, and YouTube.
